Remove Shape Builder?

Hello,
I have a little problem, I wanted to have the shape builder create a glass dome, but, where I put the glass in, my game crashed and always when joining it just crashes.
Is it possible to remove the Shape Builder without getting too close to the base?
I can only approximate where the base is, but not where the radius starts where the game crashes.
It would be nice if it could be done without losing my progress and if it can't be done, nothing can be done. I just don't want another player to get this problem when he comes near me.
Coordinates Base approximately: 4847 -1602 the shape builder is below base in the basement by my mob farm.

At about level 58, the basement begins with the block and my farm, where the Shape Builder is located, but rather a little further down still.
