Gem Armor Custome Recipe

As per title, the gem armor custom recipe doesn't work. The server gives a warning in chat every once in a while to replace the banned items; the evertide and volcanite amulet, with red matter to complete the fusion crafting recipe. Tried doing so in the fusion crafting recipe and no dice. The recipe doesn't show up as completable, and triggering the fusion crafting core with redstone wont start it either. There is a command /de_reload_custom_fusion but its only available to ops. Need the armor to progress through the pack further so hopefully there is a fix or some other way to get the last two gem pieces.
