This is the wrong section to post this. First go to Home, then scroll down to Minecraft servers and click on the server you are playing on. Then go to technical support and make a new topic about your issue.

Kaisen_Sora is right that server-specific help usually lives under the individual server's technical support area, so you'll get better answers there. One thing worth adding for anyone reading: in most SkyBlock-style modes the questing book is tied to your profile rather than the island itself, so a full reset can wipe progress even when the island seed stays the same. If you can remember the server name or the modpack, mention it in the new topic — that detail usually decides whether recovery is even possible.
