[Direwolf20 1.20] AE2 Singularity is Bugged

It would appear that when trying to create the quantum-entangled singularities the items just disappear from the TNT explosion. I used a normal block of TNT, and an enderpearl as shown in the recipe.

Update: It worked on my third attempt. Used ender dust this time instead of an ender pearl.
