Rank Commands issues

Since I upgrade my rank I no longer have access to /craft or /speed. Other commands may be affected, but besides the ones mentioned I have not noticed others. 

IGN is rmcrick
Ranks before upgarde was TopVoter
Ranks after upgrade is Topvoter & Sponsor+

Can I get a status update please. The TopVoter rank has since left me, but the commands are still not accessible to me.
