Twice now my reports have been locked without being addressed despite being told by managers to make a report regarding any issue. Can a manager who doesn't immediately block the report please provide some reciprocity as to what issues warrant a report and what don't warrant a report so I know what I should and shouldn't report? Perhaps a list of suitable issues/topics that warrant a report would be helpful so I don't waste the managers time. The report system is how players deal with issues. I would like to know what is and isn't suitable for reporting so I can know what to report in the future so I am once again asking how to approach reporting issues and what issues specifically do not warrant a report? Does making a report regarding what is and isn't allowed to be reported warrant a report? Some reciprocity other than an immediate lock of the topic would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

The report system is in place to address legitimate rule violations, not personal disputes or disagreements with staff decisions. Your previous reports have been reviewed and addressed appropriately. If a report is closed, it means the matter has been handled, and further discussion is unnecessary.

If you are unsure whether an issue warrants a report, consider the following:
✔ Reports should be made for clear rule violations, such as hacking, harassment, or griefing inside claims.
✖ Reports should not be made for personal disputes, disagreements with staff actions, or issues that have already been reviewed and resolved.

Continuing to make unnecessary reports after receiving clear responses can be considered disruptive behavior. If you have further concerns, you are welcome to reach out privately, but further public posts on this matter will be locked.

The decision from the management team is final. Continuing to post topics related to this will result in account suspension.
