Description of Issue: all liblarian and and most of the breeding villagers got killed again, by probably one of cheaters I'm pretty sure its ufukbabu123 that's probably another neutralone's alt account.

Claim flags needs to be fixed. Everytime I login, I dont want to see our vilagers died.
