I play on a cracked account (My minecraft account got hacked some time ago) and every so often when i log into the server i have to log in. When logging in you have blindness, can't move and have 10 hearts. While in the login i got killed. When i respawned, logged in and did /back. But instead of going to the place i died, which i presume was where i last logged off (couldn't see it due to blindness) i got teleported to spawn and all my items were not there.
