Description of Issue: was exploring lost city then noticed an item missing it just disapeared i never hit p or q i have place item disabled,  or put it anywhere spent an hour or 2 looking couldnt find my satchel with all my tools and stuff i had a item dislocator so if it somehow dropped i wouldnt have lost it.
