You made this under SF4 technical support but the rank was purchased under SF2.5. Did you purchase it to the wrong server?

Already dealt with @McDonaldsSalad, and I can vouch that they bought if for SF4( saw the broadcast massege of thanking for the support of the server ) and already gave them the keys they were missing
