Refund Request - claim blocks

Hello,

I purchased the Sponsor Rank and Claiming Blocks before the server reset. After the reset, I noticed that the Claiming Blocks are gone, and although I still have the Sponsor tag, I'm missing the full benefits of the rank (such as claim blocks, money, etc.).

Could you please check this and help restore what I had?
