   Remove:
     - /ci
     - /clear
   Add:
     - world edit (//copy, //paste, //set, //undo, etc)

Reason for Request*: 
/clear and /ci do the same and have already led to an unfortunate incident and i dont want that to happen again. ill clear my inv by either going in the creative inventory and pressing the red X next to the hotbar or doing /trash.
for world edit it would be nice to just terraform mountains without needing to use lycanite tools which drop hundreds of items per block break lagging the game. example being that a clink scythe can break up to 594 blocks at once.
