Luv Travis Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Overview + Guidelines: Unfortunately if you are reading this post, it's probably due to you being banned. Follow the directions that are provided to you in this post for a successful appeal. Copy & paste this model into your appeal and fill out its contents before posting. Make sure that all fields are properly filled and try not to leave any of them blank. Instructions to Follow: [unban Model Below] Topic Title Should Be: [unban] [username here] [Copy Paste All Below and use it in your Unban Appeal Topic] [1] In-Game Username: luvtravy [2] Details of Situation: banned for entering a claim (which has holes in it) and then logging out there [3] Ban Category:, entering claims -> "expliots" as per ban message [4] Ban Duration: 2 days [5] Staff Member: who knows [6] ScreenShots: [7] Your Reason: I did enter the claim, however it was though a hole within said claim. There is zero evidence I used ANY exploits to enter his claim using exploits, and what was mentioned was spamming trap door to check which villagers he had (which I didn't even have to do as they were fully exposed therefore not protected by blocks. Entering peoples claims IS allowed, because enter-claim cf permission is enabled natively. This ban is unjust and therefore should be promptly removed. See pictures for proof of said holes. Quote
Luv Travis Posted 8 hours ago Author Posted 8 hours ago Again, there is ZERO evidence of me doing anything EXCEPT for being within the claim limits - which IS allowed according to server rules. Quote
aap Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Ive been in that claim too, last time I checked he didnt even fully claim it therefor I could enter just by breaking 2 blocks and replacing them. Quote

Newlumberjack Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Hi, Seems as this needs resolved. I believe a manager will be looking at this in a bit. Per Community Rule 2 Guidelines, Abusing bugs / exploits in order to gain an unfair advantage makes the game less fun for everyone. Bugs / Exploits include but are not limited to: bypassing claim protection, duping, etc. Seeing from the messages as you was teasing him about him not able to find evidence of glitching, and then you proceeding to looking at his items and posting that inside of the public chat, it shows Rule 2 aswell as evidence of it. Im going to allow this to be passed up to higher ranks, but for im going to allow SSOS's ruling. Quote
Luv Travis Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago As per chat screenshot, he claim owner accused me of using glitches to get in which I told him to get evidence of (there isn't any) and obvs didn't tell him there were holes. I knew what villager trades he had because AGAIN there are holes everywhere in the claim as posted in the screenshots provided. Quote
Luv Travis Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago The villager trades were also checked prior to that conversation, so it wasn't "proceeding to look". Quote
Luv Travis Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago what that screenshot conveniently doesn't show is that the glass next to the fence doesn't extend to the roof and you can just fly right over it skull emoji Quote

Luv Travis Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago Trading with villagers isn't bypassing claim protection. I feel a non-rlc moderator should have zero sway in the way rules are applied to rlc. Quote
Luv Travis Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago His villager breeder was completely unclaimed for days, in addition to having holes in the claim. My bad was applied by a non rlc-moderator with little context of the rules which apply to this particular server most importantly the GLOBAL enterclaim-true (meaning you can enter peoples claims as you please) Quote
