I wish to have the town taken down as to make my own around it without having to figure out how to overclaim with just myself in a town. I also would like to use their supplies to help with speeding up some progress for myself but also others I plan to play with and assist if needed but the base would also allow me to do that more easily. I have no intentions of just giving newbies endgame items with barely any progress in any mods but I do wish to make it a smoother experience compared to just playing by themselves and getting bored shortly after starting (I've seen it happen).
