He keeps camping /warp raid and and my claim near warp raid. He should be punished for harrasment

Honestly I find it quite disgusting I can't even leave raid spawn without this pixuls bloke being there waiting for me to move a little. It should be taken into consideration that this has happend to MULTIPLE new players (including mysef) on different occasions. Please sort this out appropriately
