Banned for presumably because of villager killing, on the other hand i believe Nothing related to villager killing happened, i'll try to explain it and keep it short.
I indeed did dig around the claim but did not break a single block inside said claim, villagers were not killed by me but by a beholder mob which shot at both me and the villagers as i was standing close to them.
