Assassin's Creed Server Updates

The main purpose of this update was to optimize the server configuration to reduce lag as much as possible wen server full so we can add more slots, and improve the server quality.

Updates:
- Major updates to all plugins to reconfigure and optimize the server > Test OK
- New Trade/Auction system added with Broker plugin > Test OK
- New Quest system added, Coal quest fixed > Test OK
- New Trade System > Test Failed
- Server lag level wen full > Need Testing...
