[Updates] Pure Survival Network Server - Kits, Ranks, Fixes

Maintenance and Updates for Network Pure Survival Server!

It's not much but this will get the server to it's finish line, we regenerated the Dynamic Map, fixed some problems, added VIP Rooms and Shops, added kits and ranks to DonationShop. Don't forget to read the server rules because we changed them!
