Every time I die I get kicked out of the server and get the following error: "A Fatal Error has occurred, this connection is terminated"

I tried to craft using the crystal at sev peral temples and it does not seem to work. I bought the table and wand from the market and they are useless as well. I saw later in the forums that this was an issue, has there been a fix? Or us there another way to be able to use the mod?

Date 1/29/19 User id: LordAinzz I built an Ender Energy Manipulator from Draconic in order to get some dragon eggs, I used it in The End after summoning the dragon as per the guide and it started killing endermen but never spawned the egg. After 20 min or so we killed the dragon but the item never de-spawned nor did it generate the dragon eggs.
