I also have Premium on DW20 1.12 as I played there for a while. I didn't move the rank from 1.7 I bought it again for 1.12 as I wanted to play on both servers.

Description of Issue: Rank Reactivation needed after DW20 1.7 wipe

Any other important information: Everything seems to work for my rank plus other kits I bought like max homes and market merchant. Only issue is always after a wipe I don't have the amount of claim blocks I should have. For my rank I should have the basic 20 + 80 (VIP) +112 (Premium) I think. I also bought a claim blocks kit for 160 more blocks at least once in the past. That would make 372 blocks. I'll likely never need all those but right now I need over 100 to do the build I'm planning. FYI I was also considering buying the premium + rank but it should only cost 10 eur to upgrade from premium but on buycraft it was going to cost the full 20 eur. If the rank reactivation fixes this problem I will reconsider upgrading to Premium + rank if I only have to pay the difference. Thanks, Z.

Description of Issue: Items lost due to lag / restart /possible rollback? I had just bought these cells from the market for 2500 each and put them in my ME system. Then there was a restart and maybe a rollback happened a few mins later. After the restart these cells were not in my ME system. Maybe there was bad lag prior to the restart that caused it and not a rollback idk. Please replace these cells or refund the 10k I spent on them? Also, the ID is ??? because JEI doesn't show the item ID on this modpack. Ty, Z.

I was looking at the live map today and noticed that some players seemed to be exploring past what was the world border limit of about +/- 5000. I decided to go exploring thinking the border had been expanded on purpose. I managed to fly out past x: 11000 z: -11000 without running into a world border. Is this a glitch? If so and the old border returns then people might have bases built outside the limit by then. Just giving you a heads up. Z

Description of Issue: On 3 separate instances over the last week the following happened. First was I have over 1000 levels of stored xp vanish. It might have been on my player or in an experience obelisk. I definitely didn't lose it by dying. Then after the server outage a few days ago when I logged back on my homepoints had all been reset. I'm not worried about that I'm just saying that also happened. Then today my player balance which was over 240000 yesterday I think - I was #3 on the baltop list - was only like $4300 when I logged on today.

Thanks but I thought I should also see the 80 claim blocks from vip. I just got the 112 from premium.

I just thought of this while waiting for my rank reactivation request to go through. Mainly I find after a server wipe is that the server still recognizes my rank and all the perk commands still work it's only my claim blocks are an issue as they get reset to 20. I find I'm stuck waiting to get my claim blocks back so I can grow my base. If the rank reactivation could be made a self serve thing (something like unstuck) that would be awesome and it might save staff some work too. Thanks Z

Proof of Ownership (Required): I'm not sure what to put here?I've been back on the server almost a week after a fair absence and there was a server wipe since I was last on. I've noticed most everything is as it should be, perk commands, no loss of xp on dying, rank shows in chat etc. Only thing I don't seem to have is the claim blocks, my town shows a limit of 20 which is like a new player I believe. I think I had over 200 before. Also I previously had the Market merchant and permanent rftools dimension kits purchased. Should I still have these? I'm guessing my old rftools dim was wiped but would I be able to set a new permanent dimension this time around? Thanks, Zap

Description of Issue: After the recent server wipe my Premium rank shows as active (blue in chat). Also kits such as Market Merchant and Max Homes are working. The only issue is that I only have the basic 20 claim blocks. I need to have the additional 112 blocks per the Premium Rank plus I am sure I purchased a kit for an extra 160 blocks in the past also. So that that would mean my claim blocks should show 292 (20+112+160). FYI this seems to happen after ever server wipe, not sure if there is something can be done so that the correct claim block totals are saved after a wipe.
Date/Time of Purchase: I purchased Premium Rank on DW20 1.7.10 sometime in 2019. I also purchased a 160 claim block kit after maybe the second wipe since I started playing here.
