Got a message saying my base was griefed on December 13th. Requesting a rollback

I borrowed a scepter from LordWarlock and once I no longer needed it I was trying to give it back to him. Since he was offline I found it to be a good idea to send it to him via the market. Thing is he only got a basic wand back instead of a fully charged Copper Capped Silverwood Scepter. If one hovers over it with a thaumometer they can see that this 'wand' has 64 of each aspect while the maximum capacity it can hold is only 20 of each aspect. Do I have to make another request or I just can apply for that here?

There's neither a grave nor a death waypoint. I'd tweak the time because I can't recall the exact time.
