With that i can check every island of every player online and i can find who's causing the lag. 

Also players bases won't cause lag if inactive or unloaded, I don't see point to remove them.

[TPS issues]

A few days ago it was stable 20 TPS, now the server is constantly delayed and TPS falls. Perhaps moderators need to check the player base, for greater comfort of other players, because maybe someone specifically or not specifically creates lags on the server. [https://prnt.sc/1ebw8of]

 

Also, I think it would be a good idea to remove the bases of players who haven't played for at least 1-2 months.
