@3XJ rank was transferred, but NEI+ access broken. May it because we rename new account to 'Futurama_2520'?

We need to migrate 'Fortuna_2520' to the Microsoft account, but we dont have email access for a long time. So we bought new account and migrate it. Now we need to completely transfer rank to new one.
