While the claim is rather new having been created on Aug 29, I have reason to believe the claim was merely put up just because its a 'randomly generated' structure from some dungeon mod. Apart from a few cobblestone blocks, the 'dungeon' has not seen any changes and signs that "xz05nxx" plans to create a base (bed, crafting table, etc., etc.) seem highly unlikely.
