Ok so in the mean time, I found all my old emails from my purchases (not sure why I didn't check emails before?!?) and it looks like I only bought 3 Premium accounts. The rest were max homes. So may I please move my third Premium to OceanBlock? My other two are currently on Nomi and Infinity.

Proof of Ownership (Optional): I have purchased 6 premiums in the past but can only find 2 of them (now on Nomifactory and FTB Infinity Evolved). I've loaded and tested all of the modpacks I've played in the past and they're not anywhere to be found. I can tell a lot of the servers have been reset so I'm guessing the ranks weren't transferred at the time? I'd like to try out these other 4 packs again, or for the first time for some, so can I please allocate my existing premiums to these packs? -

Hey folks. It has been about a year and a half since I have been on Craftersland. I have purchased 6 premium ranks on different servers. I have only been able to find one so far (Stoneblock2), but I am still looking. I have my paypal receipts showing my VIP purchases followed by my premium purchases. Am I able to combine these all in to one higher rank on Nomifactory? I would happy to pay the difference to bring it up to Sponsor+?
If that is something that warrants discussion, let's move my Stoneblock2 rank over to Nomi for now and figure out the rest later.

I was only asking if anyone actually sees this. I see much quicker response times in other help forums so maybe no one comes in to this one. Perhaps there isn't even someone assigned to this one. How would I know. I asked because I'll ask somewhere else if no one is coming in here.

I was actually wondering about that. When I go through the buycraft, it show's I have actually bought Sky Factory 4, RLCraft, Infinity, Sky Adventures, RAD and Stoneblock 2. I've logged in to all of these and I only currently have ranks on Stoneblock and Infinity. When I look at my Paypal, I've payed for 3 premium accounts. Is there any way to track any of this through your end?

That makes sense. I'm guessing there isn't anything on your end that easily tells you where I've picked up ranks? I'm trying to go through all the servers using the Craftersland loader to find them. I've only found Stoneblock and Infinity so far. I think. LOL. I've gone back through all my Rank Transfer requests to trace where everything has gone but that only shows what I've wanted to transfer, not where I've bought.
My head is going to pop. LOL. I'll likely just end up buying another rank for this new Direwolf server.

Ok I've double checked my paypal. I can see where I have bought ranks on 6 seperate transactions, I buy VIP, wait for it to load and then buy Premium. I do it that way because I'm not sure I'm going to get the keys and money for both ranks if I just go straight to Premium. I also have paypal receipts for buying max /home on multiple servers as well. I don't see anything on the receipt that indicates where the rank has been purchased.

Good morning folks. I'm currently going through my servers trying to find where I have paid ranks. I was expecting to see 3 total including RLCraft, Stoneblock and Infinity. However I don't have a rank on RLCraft anymore. Is there a way for me to find all my paid ranks without loading each server up and logging in?

ok I think I figured it out. I only have the 3 ranks. All the transferring has scrambled my brains lol. The end result is yes, please transfer the RAD to Stoneblock. Thank you for being so patient.

Sorry Haven't been on for a bit. I'll have to take a look. I should have a few servers with premium rank. I think I've paid for it 4 times now.
