I have a person who has a claim near my house. I did not notice their claim until recently. Which at this point I had already built a LOT. The claim is about 9 x 9 in size. It has nothing built on it. No sign of him existing there. That is why I built near. Because I thought no one had built. I did find that there is a spawner at that particular spot from a dungeon. The dungeon runs through my house aswell. It is huge. I would be happy to give him the spawner and anything in his plot of land if he does return. But I have played for a bit and there has been no sign of him. I was wondering if it's possible to remove his claim so I can keep expanding. It is interfering with my build and there isn't much I can do except block it off which would look bad. (Building underground) Would appreciate any help. His user tag is Equidox and mine is Colo4u. EDIT: Did /seen and he was last online 5 months ago.
