Rivaldragon

I recently made a purification chamber from mekanism but I can't get it to work. It has oxygen and power but it just wont process any ores I put in, I have tried with multiple types of ore. I have tried using an oxygen gas tank instead of pipes but still the same thing. The same setup works perfectly in creative so I'm kind of at a loss. It does not accept Energy Upgrades either.
