I was repairing my gear in a magma anvil when the server did an unannounced restart (No timer or warning). When I logged back in after the restart my chestplate (which was currently being repaired) vanished and my helmet (the piece of armor i had repairing before it) was duplicated. I got rid of the duplicated helmet and my chestplate had thorns 3, unbreaking 3, last stand 2, and protection 4.

Initially Both the helmets were in the magma anvil but I moved one to my inventory to see if it was some type of visual glitch. Besides that all I did was move by other pieces of armor in my inventory to the slots you see them in my inventory.
Also I'm not sure if the restarts are as buggy on the other modpacks but for DDSS the restarts usually don't have a warning and when they do it will usually only be a 10-30 second warning. Just wanted to clarify incase the no warning restart sounded suspicious or weird. The other players on the modpack can attest to the sudden or random restarts happening.
