Description of Issue: My phantom thread disappeared. I just crafted it and used it on my chest plate and helmet when the server restarted. When I logged back in, my helmet was fine but the Phantom Thread is no longer in my crafting table nor my inventory.
Screenshots: The armor i was applying phantom thread to. My inventory (after the restart) and the crafting table I was using when the server restart happened.
