[1] In-Game Username: lightning_jo [2] Questions: Following questions to be answered: 1. Do you want to have a conversation with me in Discord voicechat to discuss my options? 2. Is my ban permanent or is there a timer? 3. Am I able to buy an unban? 4. I want to talk to someone higher up inside the staff team, is this possible? I stated these questions exactly in my previous unban appeal. I suggest reading it again or taking a class on reading comprehension if you are still unable to understand it. You might need to think about going to support groups to talk about your anger issues, In my opinion there is alot of hate inside you what you put out on the players in the server.

[1] In-Game Username: lightning_jo [2] Details of Situation: Apperently I have been banned for taking people's taglocks and curse them. The mod Bewitchment is inside this modpack and nothing from this mod is banned in the server, I find it weird I get banned for using the mod Bewitchment since there are no such rules to not curse people or use this mod. The entire purpose of bewitchment is to do magic, curse, be a werewolf etc and make fun. [3] Ban Category: Rule 0, harrassment of, trolling and decieveing multiple people, general troublemaking, being a hindrance to server environment. [4] Ban Duration: Permanent [5] Staff Member: Kaszanka [6] ScreenShots: [7] Your Reason: I have been using the mod Bewitchment what is not against the rules. I have never been warned or read anything in the rules about cursing people or taking their taglocks. If you don't want the mod to be used you should ban the mod or ban certain items so players are not able to use them. Instead me and patrickseff get banned over using the mod without any warnings. I already bettered myself not to make jokes and talk trash inside the chat, If you want me to stop using taglocks I would be able to agree to this if it would make me welcome again. If you want to have a conversation in voicechat with me I am open to discuss my further actions and options that are available. Of course I hope to get unbanned, if not I would like to know if the ban is going to stay permanent or if there is a timer and if I am able to buy an unban.

[1] In-Game Username: lightning_jo [2] Details of Situation: I went to spawn and crashed instantly, after starting up the modpack and tried to logging I found out I was banned. [3] Ban Category: Rule 0, harrassment of, trolling and decieveing multiple people, general troublemaking, being a hindrance to server environment. [4] Ban Duration: I don't know the duration of the ban it does not show (I think it is permanent). [5] Staff Member: I don't know who banned me (I think it was Kaszanka). [6] ScreenShots: [7] Your Reason: The only thing I can think of why Kaszanka banned me is because we had an argument about him breaking random blocks at my base without telling me what blocks and the reason behind it. The argument we had didn't lead to anything and it was a very hard discussing between the two of us. Another thing me and patrickseff had a joke 1 week ago in the ingame chat about people that should stop lagging the server, we got told that we needed to stop. Since this moment me and patrickseff have done nothing wrong to our knowledge and have bettered ourselfs and even helped out other players. To be honest I think because Kaszanka is a manager he knows he can just ban us without discussing this with other staff members. The ban is based on nothing and when I tried to talk to him on Discord he randomly blocked me while we were talking (see screenshot): He did not give me any information and I honestly think he was having a bad day and therefore banned me and patrickseff. I also think the ban is permanent, cause I don't see any timer. I just hope me and patrickseff are able to keep playing on this server we really like this modpack and did better ourselfs. I hear forward hearing from the staff members.
