Modded blocks appearing as other blocks

PSYKCDOM posted a topic in Server Problems

All modded blocks and plants are appearing as the wrong blocks and even the ui when looking at a block is showing the wrong block that is being renders. I just joined, not sure if it is an ongoing issue but is annoying and cursed looking....
