I tried crafting the potion in survival, definitly possible. If thats the only issue just check it on your own survival and find out.

Not a good idea, server already has its issues. Trying to add an extra dimension while not being able to maintain the current ones is ridiculous. And not to mention the tps loss (just that you say it wont affect tps doesnt mean it actually doesnt). Also the server 'avaraging 20 fps' means it often (for instance an entire week with mimic week) will be at 5-7 tps. Don't bring that number down to 4 just like on sf4.
