Something Is Lagging In My Base I Can't Even Move (Ftb Modded)

i recently logged on and when to my base and none of us who lived there could move, all our fps went to 0 and 0 chunkupdates, we don't know whats causing the lag but some help would be appreciated

Was partially fixed... dunno what was the cause of that drop...
