Reinforced Watering Can Disapeared From Inventory

as title suggests at a certain point i notince i didn't have my reinforced watering can in my inventory. this persisted even after i relogged ( suggested by thomason). can some1 look into this ty

Do you have inv tweaks or infinite inv installed? Theses two mods can causes items to vanish.
