Crystal Growth Chamber - Disabled

For some reason i cant craft Crystal Growth Chambers (ID 238) which is in AE2 Stuff mod, I got no clue if the mod is banned. Ive also heard complaints about the AE2 stuff mod not working at all so im wondering why its not working or if its a disabled mod
