[Bug]Thermal Expansion Caches Sometimes Lose Items When Placed

Thermal expansion caches will sometimes lose it's inventory when placed as found by Greenbox. It doesn't have 100% reproduction rate and it just happens randomly when the item is placed.

Don't have images or video to show it but it can be easily tested
