About 2 minutes ago somebody was killing people in their PVP protected areas with REther lightning. 99% sure it was binkeyboy judging by his chat taunts but there's no real way of knowing. REther lightning needs to be banned from the server. Okay thanks.

What about that F2 button? Screenshots help.

Besides, you should have posted this in /Tekkit/Complaints (assuming it happened in Tekkit) and followed the template in that forum.
