Description of what happened: -Sanden Created an Auction for 300 Awakened Draconium Blocks, I won the auction at  $1061, He spawned them In and I could not use them.

I have no proof, but I also won an auction of a few hundred Steel Blocks a while back that were also spawned in by Sanden. But it wasn't a big loss and I didn't know were to complain so I didn't do anything.

[4] No sale/gifting creative/illegitimate items to members outside of your island:

 

-1st offense = warning, seizure of item(s), search of claim.

-2nd offense = ban, determined by # of items.

-3rd offense = 2 week ban
