Description of what happened: I killed Shadowsaurs but we made a deal to buy his armor and stuff back, but then he changed it to pay half now half later.  After I gave him his stuff, he ignored me and didn't pay half.

List of eyewitnesses: I guess Zeff was talking to him, but he was ignoring me too / saying nonsense things.  Some other people on Mars I couldn't catch.  I do not see any rules about not scamming in the Tekkit rules but everyone always says it's against the rules so I got to report it.
