Bought Sponsor but im missing NEI access

I recently bought Sponsor and its been a few days but i don't have access to the NEI accesses that Sponsors have.

Would really appreciate it if you could help me out with this issue.

in-game name is:  DragonArthur  ?

It's all configured fine in NEI , maybe you need to check your NEI settings and make sure you are in cheat mode?
