The reason im told im being banned is for being in possession of creatively spawned items.

I did not ask for items to be spawned in nor do i want any of said items in my possession.

I met the player DerpyDinoSuks in the nether and asked him if i could buy some blaze rods from him.

Later on he met me on my island where we procceeded to make a deal and he gave me blaze rods

He seemed trustworthy and he wanted to place something down so i gave him the trust permision.

I saw him place down the sieve and then i went afk 

when i got back the server was going to restart in 10 seconds at which point he said in chat he wont be there after the restart

After some hours i rejoined the server opened some Chance cubes at which point Mafo_ came online .

At this point it did not occur to me that the sieve was still there as i was making a deal with another player.

This was when Mafo_ brought yusixs onto my island and i was banned.

 

 

If i have anything i shouldnt have please take it away .I do not  break the rules nor do i condone it. I apologize if i was wrong in any way or caused any confusion.

but i plead to you that i am innocent , i have no further knowlege of what went down when i was afk that may have cause me to be banned . I am prepare to converse on discord if need be but please understand that i had done nothing .

Hi, before we move onto the decision first, let me clear up some misunderstandings

None of my bans have been given without reason. If you join the server while being banned you'll clearly see the reason I provided for your ban which is backed up with proof (More on that later). Now moving onto to the situation,
The reason you were banned was because you were in possession of a creatively spawned item which can be seen in here 

 

As DerpyDinoSuks wasn't a member of your island, I had to take action according to the Rule 4, 1st offence

Creative Players who leave a town must take with them or destroy all creatively spawned items.  Non-Creative Players who leave any town are to leave empty handed. Non-Creative Players who live with a creative player are to live in only one town.

After looking into this issue in greater detail, there really wasn't any need for you to have a extra sieve spawned in by someone else and we could clearly see your intention of not abusing it aswell since you already made a automated sieving system in your island which wasn't made by using creative items. However, I am still not buying the "not realizing to remove the block" story. Please read the rules and avoid breaking another rule in the future. For now, i'm unbanning you since you're really sorry about this mess and I like to give players a second chance if they're really sorry about the stuff they've done in the past in hopes to see change themselves in the future.
