Part of my base roll backed and disappeared

I logged in today and part of my base is gone. Not griefed, just a few walls are gone and back to the state from before I replaced them with blocks. The only materials I need back is a few stacks of Knightmetal blocks. Those took me awhile to farm, the others are just things like glowstone, lead, factory blocks, easy for me to replace in a matter of minutes. My base is located at 0,0. I will leave it as is if investigation is needed. Thank you in advance.
