Description of the situation : IIOttoman used a smoke grenade in the spawn and possesses an enchanted shield, which is impossible to enchant (except for the /enchant command, and he isn't a sponsor), even with an anvil.

I've tried enchanting a shield with anvil and I could, so he will be punished only for the grenade
