Trash can at spawn

Hey,

So my recommendation is to add a trash can at spawn. The reason being is transaction logs, it would be much more convenient to be able to remove them at spawn then having to carry them around with you until you get to your own town or fly out of spawn to throw them.

Also it should solve the problem with them being put in the reactor donation box.

I very much agree with the proposed idea of a trash can at spawn, commonly I'm finding market transaction logs in the public reactor fuel chest which can be quite annoying as I find myself removing them often.

A set of trashcans are now in place on your way out of the market place on both sides.
