Regarding previous refund request

I got a reply on my recent refund request saying to check my inventory. However, when I opened my inventory, the oblivion jar was not there. This could just be a client error since once or twice an item was gone but came back when I logged back in, but I tried logging back in and the jar was still gone, so I doubt it's an error with my client. If you could try putting it in my inventory again, thank you.
