Refund request

I lost my reinforced jetpack and my dark steel armor tier 2 dark steel armor because a wither skeleton killed me and i poppen my grave and it took the stuff i just said and flew away... i couldnt get it back because it just despawned somewhere in the nether...

i hope i can get my stuff back

For future reference, please use the correct template:

 

I spoke to you about this ingame, but we don't perform refunds based on deaths- refunds are here incase the server majorly fucks up and it's our fault your items went missing- Like if the server crashes and rollbacks a couple of minutes to have you lose X, Y and Z items. If we didn't regulate it in this way then everyone could request a refund as they please, even if it's true or not.

Sorry to say, I cannot help your lost items.
