derkakumba Posted November 26, 2017 Share Posted November 26, 2017 I lost my reinforced jetpack and my dark steel armor tier 2 dark steel armor because a wither skeleton killed me and i poppen my grave and it took the stuff i just said and flew away... i couldnt get it back because it just despawned somewhere in the nether... i hope i can get my stuff back Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Henk Posted November 26, 2017 Share Posted November 26, 2017 Hello, For future reference, please use the correct template: I spoke to you about this ingame, but we don't perform refunds based on deaths- refunds are here incase the server majorly fucks up and it's our fault your items went missing- Like if the server crashes and rollbacks a couple of minutes to have you lose X, Y and Z items. If we didn't regulate it in this way then everyone could request a refund as they please, even if it's true or not. Sorry to say, I cannot help your lost items.
