Rank transfer from IE to another username

So,

I've got an account on IE, called Moonman, which is rank Sponsor+ (if I remember it correctly) and I'd like it to get transfered to SkyFactory 2.5

And since I bought a Minecraft account, I'd like to get the rank transfered to a new user called GrowingKnee.
