Combination of two ranks?

So i bought Vip on direwolf 1.7.10, and premium  being on tekkit, so i was wondering if i combined the two ranks would i be able to make premium+, the rank would be on dire wolf, not sure if this is possible but i realized i dont have a interest in tekkit, i tried it and it wasent for me, anyway thanks.
