All tools listed below are made of manylyum (full) and they had 2 extra more modyfiers

 I think the pickaxe had diamond, moss, flux capacitor and the rest was made of redstone

I think the long sword had moss, diamond and the rest was made of quartz

I think the Shuriken had moss and the rest was made of quartz

I think the shovel had flux capacitor, diamond, moss and the rest was made of redstone

I think the mattrock had diamond, moss, flux capacitor and the rest was made of redstone

I think the excavator had flux capacitor, moss diamond and the rest was made of redstone
