IITank was banned for supposed ban evade from iFlorio, Florio do the unban request and just Florio was unbanned, and IITank don't have the fault of the ban.

True, it wasn't ban evade, but I totally forget to unban him, sorry.

But, now I unbanned him and someone sent me some photos of his alt account (Tank_Pro) doing adversiting. I banned his alt account, but a few minutes later he connected with his princpal account (IITank), that previously I unbanned.

So, the user will be banned from the 16th until the 22nd of this month for doing ban evade.

Nothing more to add.
